Abstract

One of the methods of designing a high-strength concrete structure is based on the application of the dense packing method of the original components. To evaluate the influence of individual components on the properties of concrete mixtures and concretes, the compositions with a consistent change in the number of components were devel-oped. As mineral additives, pyrogenic microsilica Aerosil and microsilica of amorphous modification were used. The effectiveness of this method was estimated by studying the properties of the resulting concrete using standard test methods (compressive strength) and electron microscopy.
